Dental Plan Support Guide
Use our online tools and resources to help save you time and money.
Find your dentist
Find a Delta Dental PPO network dentist near you.
Delta Dental now offers FSAFEDS paperless reimbursement of your Delta Dental claims. If you sign up for a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) and paperless reimbursement, FSAFEDS will automatically reimburse your eligible out-of-pocket dental expenses directly to your checking or savings account via electronic funds transfer with little or no paperwork involved.
Maximize your benefits
As an enrollee in Delta Dental’s Federal Employees Dental Program, you can see any licensed dentist, but your out-of-pocket costs and deductible would increase and your annual maximum would be lowered. Seeing a Delta Dental PPO network dentist saves you money.
Network Versus Non-Network Dentist Enrollee Savings
Dentist’s total charge for service = $350
- Network dentist absorbs this cost: $50
- Delta Dental Pays: $2101
- Enrollee Copay: $902
- Enrollee’s Out of Pocket Total: $90
- Enrollee pays this cost too!: $503
- Delta Dental Pays: $1804
- Enrollee Copay: $1205
- Enrollee’s Out of Pocket Total: $170
Enrollee pays fee not absorbed by dentist, plus higher percentage of agreed upon Delta Dental allowed fee. If deductible has not yet been met enrollee fees will be higher.
